Our hourly rate is $165 per hour, valid as of April 2026.

Yes, we offer the following discounts 10% off our hourly rate for all clients that are active or retired US military, police, or fire 5% off our hourly rate after every 50 hours for repeat a la carte clients; up to 25% off 10% off our hourly rate for 3 month retainers 25% off our hourly rate for 12 month retainers

Retainers are calculated by determining the hours needed for the project. Most clients do not pay additional retainers during their project, as we are very good at determining how much time we need for each project. However, actual time is billed and additional services, changes, meetings, etc, all add to our time. The initial retainer is based on the average time the project takes.

Sure, that happens. We bill our time against the retainer. When your retainer is out, we request a refill on your retainer based on the remaining service required to complete your project.

It is very rare we would finish faster than expected. Having offered services for 15 years, we know how long we need to complete each service. The retainer for each project is considered the minimum fee. If the client stops the project early, there are no refunds or credits for the project retainer. If we are, for some reason, finished earlier than expected, the remaining retainer can be used towards another project.

Each retainer has a set number of hours attached to it. We bill weekly against the retainer. If we think your retainer is going to run out, we will let you know when 4 hours remain. We do not provide service without an active retainer.

A 3 month retainer covers all of the services expected to be completed in a 3 month time frame. The retainer is paid in full and has a 10% discount on our hourly rate. This is mainly for clients that either have multiple businesses and a few ongoing projects, or a single business with full services.

We will offer a 12 month retainer when we confirm we can sustainably and efficiently provide service to your business for the next year. 12 month retainers are offered after at least 4 months of working together. Retainers are due in full and include a 25% discount on our hourly rate.

For projects where the timeline does not matter, yes. Our agency is flexible and we love growing with businesses as they grow. Many of our small business clients give us their entire roadmap to success and work project by project with a retainer on each.

We use Stripe for billing and the options include card payment or payment from a bank account through ACH. We do not accept paper checks. There are no fees for payment processing.

All payments are final and non refundable. For clients that have an unused retainer because of our agency completing the job earlier than expected, the retainer can be used on another project within the same year. For clients that have an unused retainer because they left the project early, there are no refunds or credits. We are happy to make any issue right, however once a project is signed off on we are not responsible for any claims. Issues with print materials need to be reported on the day of receipt with proof of issue, and the appropriate resolution will be provided. Any chargebacks on payments will result in immediate removal as a client and subsequent legal action to recover losses.

Third party fees are not included in our rate and are disclosed to you at sign up. This includes hosting, materials, platform expenses, subcontractors, etc.

For a la carte work, yes. If you need a project "right now" and you want to be bumped ahead of the line, the rush fee is 1.5x our hourly rate. For active clients, in select circumstances we may approve a rush request at no additional charge. Please inquire.
