We are available Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM. Each of our account executives and our agency owner have their own schedules as well.

The short answer is: 3 days. The long answer is: it depends on the client. There are a few steps to working with Ambition on your new website. First, we have a call or email communication about the needs of the site. Then we create and send a digital form for you to complete as part of the onboarding process. While we wait for this to be finished, we work on the "bones" of the website. We send that over for review when we are finished. All of that takes 1-2 business days. When your form is submitted, and you have provided any initial feedback, we review everything and make our edits. We start working on the site to get it to a simple launch state, this is the 3rd business day. At this time we could launch the site while we finish some more in depth edits, or we can wait until we are completely finished. On the 4th business day and onwards, we continue building out the site and working with you to finalize the site. When you tell us the site is finished, we hand over the site to you.

We could produce these items in 1 to 2 business days, depending on our current work load and your needs. There's always time to squeeze in a fun design job!

We need 2 weeks to prepare your marketing plan, create your content, design graphics, and schedule your feed. This varies based on the needs of each client, and may require more or less time to start service.

Yes, even though our office is closed, your services are active and running. Simple checks to your website and social media continue to occur, your customer inquiries are still managed, and your social posts still go out. New projects, edits, project requests, etc are not started on the weekends.
